1. You order. We get to work. Within 48 hours we'll email you three custom concepts of your dog, created in the style you picked.
2. Nothing is final until you say so. Pick your favorite, tell us any tweaks, and we'll keep adjusting until it's right.
3. Digital portrait: once you approve it, your high-resolution file and phone wallpaper land in your inbox within 24 hours, along with a code for $14.99 off a canvas.
4. Canvas: once approved, your portrait is printed on canvas and stretched over 0.75 inch pinewood bars, then delivered in about 2-3 weeks. Free shipping, mounting hardware included.
If we don't hear back within 7 days, we'll go ahead with your favorite concept so your order isn't stuck in limbo. Just reply anytime and we'll pause it.
