Custom Products

All products sold are custom-made based on the information and images you provide at checkout. Because of this, orders cannot be changed or canceled once the design has been approved or sent to production.

Design Approval

After placing an order, you may receive a design concept for approval as described on the product page. If no response is received within the stated approval window, the design sent will be considered approved by default and fulfilled to avoid delays.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds or returns are not accepted except in cases of damage or production defects. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this site are the property of the company and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
