Refund policy

Because each canvas is custom-made from your photo, all sales are final once the design is approved and sent to production.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect selections made at checkout
• Delays caused by lack of response after design delivery

Replacements only are provided if:

• The item arrives damaged, or
• There is a printing defect or production error

To request a replacement, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll take care of it.
