Digital Photo Shoot
Your 3 designs are made just for your dog, so all sales are final once we email them to you. Want a change? Reply and tell us. We keep going until you love it. If we can't make you happy after your changes, email us and we'll make it right.

Canvas
Because each canvas is custom-made from your photo, all sales are final once you approve the design and it goes to print.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect selections made at checkout
• Delays caused by lack of response after design delivery

Replacements only are provided if:

• The canvas arrives damaged, or
• There is a printing defect or production error

To request a replacement, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We'll take care of it.
